Civil Rights Champs & Chumps

Grand Old Partisan, May 6, 2007 - Michael Zak wrote,

On this day in 1960, President Dwight Eisenhower signed into law the 1960 Civil Rights Act, which strengthened provisions of the Republican Party's 1957 Civil Rights Act.
