The United States Constitution is the supreme law of the United States of America. On September 17 it was created. This year on Tuesday September 17 from noon to one the Benton County Republican Women will celebrate the occasion with a Flag Rally at the corner of Circle and 9th streets in Corvallis, with copies of the Constitution, refreshments and a spin board game about the Constitution.
